Terms of Service — Leosagitrades

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Leosagitrades ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

The Service provides access to a trading signals community via Discord, available through paid subscription plans.

2. Not Financial Advice

Important: All content, signals, analysis, and information provided through Leosagitrades is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing provided by the Service constitutes financial, investment, trading, or any other form of professional advice.

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
Past performance of any signals or strategies does not guarantee future results.
Trading cryptocurrencies and financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person.
You should consult with a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
Leosagitrades and its operators are not registered investment advisors, brokers, or financial planners.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service, early cancellation, or change of mind.

Payments can be made via USDT (cryptocurrency) or Visa/Mastercard through our third-party payment processor (Whop).
USDT payments are processed on-chain and are irreversible by nature.
Card payments processed through Whop are subject to Whop's own terms and processing fees.
You must send the exact amount specified during the payment session.
Sending funds on the wrong blockchain network may result in permanent loss of funds — Leosagitrades is not responsible for user errors.
Subscription access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation.

4. Subscription & Access

Subscriptions provide access to the premium Discord channels for the duration of the selected plan.
Access is granted via Discord role assignment and is tied to your Discord account.
When your subscription expires, access will be automatically revoked.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually purchase a new plan to continue access.
Sharing or reselling your subscription access is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent ban without refund.

5. User Conduct

By using the Service, you agree to:

Not redistribute, share, or leak any paid content from the community.
Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Treat other community members with respect.
Comply with Discord's Terms of Service at all times.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leosagitrades and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Financial losses resulting from trading based on signals or information provided.
Loss of cryptocurrency due to incorrect wallet addresses or network selection.
Service downtime, interruptions, or technical issues.
Any actions taken by third-party platforms (Discord, Whop, blockchain networks).

7. Service Modifications

Leosagitrades reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
